When it's hot, just use a PVC hot water bottle. Just keep these points in mind and you'll be fine.

PVC hot water bottles are occasionally used in summer as well. If you happen to need one, here are a few tips to consider. There are not many, but they are quite practical.

Water temperature: In winter, hot water bags can be filled with a little hotter water, but not in summer. It is recommended that the water temperature not exceed 50 degrees. A simple way to judge is to test the hot water with the back of your hand. It should feel warm but not too hot.

Wrapping: At any time, do not let the hot water bag touch the skin directly. Find a dry towel, an old T-shirt or a cloth bag to cover it. The thickness should be at least two layers of cotton.

Time: It is recommended to control the usage time to about 10 minutes each time. Set an alarm and remove it when the time is up. Do not use the hot water bag while doing other things, as it is easy to forget the time.

Check: In summer, rubber products tend to age easily. Before each use, take a look to see if there are any cracks, discoloration or bulging. If so, do not use it and replace it with a new one, which is not expensive.

Attention for the public: Elderly people, children, diabetics or those with less sensitive skin are advised not to use hot water bags in summer. If you really need to use one, ask a family member to help determine the water temperature and usage time.
